WishBoard is a serious pilot program designed to operate alongside hospitals, senior living communities, and approved volunteer organizations. Our mission is simple: make it easy for caring community members to brighten the day of people in long-term care — without compromising safety or dignity.
A partnership-first model
Every request is reviewed by trained staff before it is published. Volunteers go through an onboarding workflow that may include screening, depending on the partner organization's policies. Items are delivered through approved organization channels — never direct contact.
