WishBoard is a serious pilot program designed to operate alongside hospitals, Child Life specialists, and approved volunteer organizations. Our mission is simple: make it easy for caring community members to brighten the day of long-term patients — without compromising safety or dignity.
A partnership-first model
Every patient request is reviewed by trained staff before it is published. Volunteers go through an onboarding workflow that may include screening, depending on the hospital's policies. Items are delivered through approved hospital channels — never direct contact.
